Shipping & Returns
Free shipping is available to Domestic orders (within the 50 states) over $75 and International orders over $175. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and the most affordable option will be presented to you.
Orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, CA via USPS. Purchases are processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days. After shipment, US packages will take around from 2-6 days to arrive, and International orders can take anywhere from 5 days to a few weeks depending on the country. If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you by email.
All US orders and many International orders (depending on the country) have tracking included. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships out.

Exchanges are available if you want a different size/fit of an item, or an alternative item of equal value (store credit is not available at this time). Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your item to start an exchange process. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back, and will be notified by email as soon as we receive it – exchange item shipment cost will be covered by Lunar Descent.
Refunds are only offered if an item is defective (and if the customer does not want to exchange). Contact email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your item and we will email a free return shipping label for you to print out. Once we receive the item your refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange in the case of lost or damaged items due to Postal error.
